The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced the nationwide exhibition of its voter register ahead of the Party’s 2026 Presidential Election, aimed at ensuring accuracy and transparency in the electoral process.
The exercise, scheduled to run from Wednesday, December 31, 2025, to Monday, January 5, 2026, will take place across all constituencies. Delegates are encouraged to verify their details at their respective constituency centres.
According to the Party’s Presidential Elections Committee, the register has been distributed through the Regional Secretariats to facilitate the process.
Regional and Constituency Executives, IT officers, and other electoral personnel have been tasked to report any discrepancies, including omissions, misspellings, incorrect photographs, or clerical errors.
“We urge all stakeholders to support a free, fair, and credible process,” said William Yamoah, Secretary to the Presidential Elections Committee.
Presidential candidates are expected to appoint representatives to observe the exhibition exercise at the constituency level.
The Party has called on its grassroots structures—Constituency Councils of Elders, Patrons, and Electoral Area Coordinators—to ensure the smooth conduct of the verification exercise.
The NPP says the initiative reflects its commitment to democratic values and internal electoral integrity.
