NPP’s Achievements Will Win Us Election – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has expressed pride in his administration’s achievements over the past eight years, stating that the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) election strategy is built on its record of governance.

Addressing the 13th Biennial/51st Annual Conference of the Methodist Church of Ghana in Kumasi, Akufo-Addo highlighted his government’s accomplishments in the economy, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and digitization.

He praised Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for presenting a compelling vision for Ghana’s future and challenged the opposition leader to debate Bawumia, implying that they are afraid to do so.

Akufo-Addo reaffirmed his commitment to a peaceful transfer of power, stating, “I came into office through a peaceful election, and I will leave office through a peaceful election.”

He emphasized the importance of maintaining Ghana’s reputation as a beacon of democracy in Africa.

The President’s address was a call for unity, peace, and confidence in Ghana’s democratic institutions, as the country prepares for the December elections. His remarks underscored the need to preserve democratic values and ensure that the will of the people prevails.
