President Trump approves military strike plan against Iran — Final decision pending

Reports from international media indicate that President of the United States, Donald Trump, has approved a military strike plan targeting Iran’s nuclear facility at Fordo but is yet to issue a final directive for the operation to proceed.

The plan, according to insiders, is in response to growing concerns over Iran’s enrichment of uranium and its potential threat to global security. President Trump, speaking to journalists, said: “I may do it, I may not do it… nobody knows what I’m going to do,” adding that diplomatic channels were still under consideration.

Tensions in the Middle East have intensified in recent days, with Israel launching airstrikes on Iranian positions and Iran reportedly retaliating with missile attacks — one of which is said to have hit an Israeli hospital.

While Washington has thus far refrained from direct military engagement, it continues to back Israel with intelligence and missile defense support.

In Ghana and across Africa, analysts are closely watching developments, with concerns over potential ripple effects on global oil prices, economic stability, and international peace.

The White House has not issued an official comment on the alleged strike preparations, but Iran’s Foreign Ministry has condemned the move, calling it “provocative and irresponsible.”

As the situation unfolds, world leaders are urging restraint and diplomacy to avoid further escalation.
