The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) and Numatter Recycling Technologies Limited have signed a binding feedstock agreement for the daily supply of 100 metric tonnes of plastic waste to Ghana’s first industrial-scale pyrolysis plant. The agreement, signed in Accra, paves the way for the full-scale construction and operationalisation of the 100-tonne-per-day waste-to-fuel facility, which will convert end-of-life plastics into useful industrial products, including fuel.
