He highlighted renewed investor confidence and rising foreign direct investment as critical drivers of sustainable growth and improved livelihoods.

On infrastructure, the President underscored the importance of quality road networks in boosting trade, enhancing mobility, and accelerating regional development. He assured residents that the Jinijini–Sampa Road, which has faced longstanding challenges, will be completed to full asphalt standards by the end of 2027.

Mahama also outlined flagship initiatives under his administration, including The Big Push, Mahama Cares, Nkoko Nkitinkiti, and the 24-hour market programme, designed to stimulate economic activity and create jobs nationwide. He referenced the recent sod-cutting ceremony for a 24-hour market in the region, stressing its role in supporting local traders and expanding commerce.
