The Parliament of Ghana is set to unveil its Corporate Strategic Plan for the years 2026 to 2030 at a high-profile event scheduled for Thursday, 12th February 2026, at the Justice D.F. Annan Auditorium, Parliament House.

The launch, to be officiated by the Rt. Hon Speaker, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, marks a pivotal moment in Parliament’s commitment to enhancing governance, transparency, and public service delivery. The five-year plan outlines a roadmap for a more efficient and inclusive legislature, emphasizing robust oversight, evidence-based decision-making, and alignment with global development frameworks such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union Agenda 2063.
According to a press release signed by David Sebastian Damoah, Director of Media Relations, the strategic plan aims to deepen democratic practices and reinforce Parliament’s role in promoting accountability and integrity.
The event is expected to draw Members of Parliament, development partners, civil society organizations, and media representatives. The Parliamentary Service has extended an invitation to all Ghanaians to engage with the process as the institution translates its strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
The launch signals a renewed focus on institutional transformation and public trust, positioning Parliament as a proactive force in Ghana’s development journey.
