Officials from the Visa Facilitation Services (VFS), led by the Regional Head for Central and West Africa, Mr. Prashant Kansara, paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable James Gyakye Quayson (MP), to discuss ways of deepening institutional collaboration for the benefit of Ghanaian citizens.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to working with all stakeholders to ensure that Ghanaians receive quality public service. He emphasized that effective collaboration is essential to improving service delivery and meeting the needs of the public.
Mr. Kansara provided an overview of the establishment and operations of VFS in Ghana, noting the organization’s readiness to consider feedback to further enhance services and ensure customer satisfaction.
The meeting concluded with both sides underscoring the importance of quality service delivery and transparency as guiding principles in their partnership.
Present at the meeting were Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director of Legal and Education (VFS), Gbese Mantse Nii Armah Addy, and Deputy General Manager Operations Ghana, Madam Cleopatra Avenorgbo.
