Ramadan Plea: Alhaji Sinare Calls on Muslims to Support Mahama

As the holy month of Ramadan commences, Alhaji Said Sinare, former Ghana Ambassador to Egypt and Saudi Arabia, has urged Muslims across Ghana to dedicate their prayers to President John Dramani Mahama.

Alhaji Sinare, who serves as the National Chairman of the Zongo Caucus Working Committee of the NDC, emphasized the need for divine intervention in Ghana’s current state.

In his Ramadan message, Alhaji Sinare lamented the economic devastation left behind by the previous Nana Addo-Bawumia administration, citing record-breaking corruption, skyrocketing debt, high unemployment, and struggling businesses.

”It is no secret that the former government of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia left Ghana in ruins. Their failed economic policies, record-breaking corruption, mismanagement, and deception plunged our country into unprecedented hardship. The very people who promised to transform Ghana rather destroyed our economy, collapsed businesses, and subjected Ghanaians to untold suffering. Their incompetence has left Ghana drowning in debt, unemployment, and hopelessness”. He stated

He expressed confidence in President Mahama’s leadership, describing it as visionary, competent, and genuinely committed to the people.

Alhaji Sinare called on all Ghanaians, particularly the Zongo and Muslim communities, to rally behind President Mahama and the NDC.

He believes the Mahama administration has the experience, competence, and sincerity to rebuild Ghana’s economy, create jobs, and bring relief to struggling families.

Alhaji Sinare urged citizens to stand united in prayer, faith, and determination to reclaim their country from the wreckage left by the NPP government.

”As we observe this holy month, let us stand united in prayer, faith, and determination to reclaim Ghana from the wreckage left by the NPP government. May Allah (SWT) accept our fasts, bless our efforts, and guide our nation to a better future under a leadership that truly cares for its people”. He concluded.
