The Majority Leader and Chairman of the Business Committee, Hon. Mahama Ayariga, has presented the Business Statement for the third week ending Friday, 20th February 2026, detailing activities scheduled in Parliament.
According to the statement, six Ministers are expected to appear before the House to respond to fifty-nine questions filed by Members of Parliament. The Majority Leader further indicated that Ministers of State may also be permitted to make policy statements during the week.
The Business Statement serves as a guide to the House’s proceedings, ensuring that parliamentary work is conducted in an orderly and transparent manner.
