The Governments of Ghana and Zambia have signed ten Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements designed to deepen bilateral cooperation across strategic sectors. The instruments, signed under the revitalised Permanent Joint Commission for Cooperation, mark a significant step in advancing economic, social, and security ties between the two nations.

- Standardization and conformity assessment between the Zambia Bureau of Standards and the Ghana Standards Authority
- Waiver of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic Development Agency and the Ghana Export Promotion Authority
- Standardization and conformity assessment between the Zambia Bureau of Standards and the Ghana Standards Authority
