The Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection, on behalf of H.E. Mrs. Lordina Mahama and the Lordina Foundation, has made a significant donation to support this year’s Youth Singles Rally, held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Assemblies of God Glory Chapel in Sakumono.

The donation, presented by Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection, comprised essential relief items including bags of rice, cartons of sardines, cooking oil, and a cash contribution of GH¢100,000. The support was aimed at enhancing the experience of participants and ensuring the success of the annual gathering.
The Youth Singles Rally initiative underscores a broader commitment to empowering young women, strengthening faith-based efforts, and fostering meaningful change within communities. Organizers noted that the gesture reflects the Foundation’s dedication to uplifting vulnerable groups and promoting social development through practical interventions.
The presentation was warmly received by the congregation and participants, who expressed appreciation for the continued support of the Lordina Foundation and the Ministry in advancing youth-focused initiatives.
