Ghana FA Parts Ways with Black Stars Coach Otto Addo

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the immediate departure of Otto Addo as Head Coach of the senior men’s national team, the Black Stars.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the Association expressed gratitude to Addo for his service, acknowledging his contributions to the team during his tenure. “The GFA wishes to thank Otto Addo sincerely for his contribution to the team and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavours,” the statement read.

Addo, who previously guided the Black Stars through key international fixtures, leaves at a time when the team is preparing for crucial assignments on the continental and global stage. His exit marks another chapter in the ongoing restructuring of Ghana’s football leadership.

The GFA assured fans and stakeholders that the new technical direction of the Black Stars will be communicated in due course, as the Association works to ensure stability and progress for the national team.
