Ministry of Finance Relocates Offices to Kanda for Enhanced Efficiency

The Ministry of Finance has officially relocated its offices to Kanda, Accra, as part of efforts to improve operational efficiency and responsiveness in the discharge of its mandate.

In a press release issued by the Public Relations Unit, the Ministry announced that full operations at the new facility will commence on Monday, 9th February 2026. The relocation, according to the statement, is expected to strengthen coordination and service delivery to the public.

The new office complex, situated on Tumu Avenue in Kanda, was constructed by the Ghana Revenue Authority prior to the current administration assuming office. The Ministry emphasized that all official correspondence, visits, and inquiries should henceforth be directed to the new location. Contact telephone numbers and email addresses remain unchanged.

“The Ministry looks forward to the continued cooperation of all stakeholders as it works to improve service delivery to the public from its new premises,” the release stated.

The relocation marks a significant step in modernizing the Ministry’s operations, ensuring that it remains professional, ethical, efficient, and responsive in fulfilling its responsibilities to the nation.
