Ghana Armed Forces Cautions Public as 2025 Recruitment Exercise Begins

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced that its 2023 enlistment and recruitment exercise will officially commence in the coming days across all 16 regional capitals.

In a statement issued by the Department of Public Relations at the General Headquarters, Burma Camp, the GAF emphasized that the recruitment process will be conducted physically at designated centers and not online.

The Armed Forces cautioned the public against fraudulent online advertisements and recruitment scams, noting that official information will only be published in the Daily Graphic, Ghanaian Times, and on the GAF’s official website: .

The release further warned against reliance on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for recruitment details, stressing that such channels are often used by fraudsters to exploit unsuspecting applicants.

“Members of the public are advised to report any suspicious activities to the nearest Military Installation or Police Station,” the statement read.

The announcement, signed by Director of Public Relations, Naval Captain Veronica Adzo Arhin, underscores the Armed Forces’ commitment to ensuring a transparent and credible recruitment process while protecting the public from fraudulent schemes.
