Donald Trump is considering joining Israel’s strikes against Iran’s underground nuclear sites during a 90 minutes meeting On Tuesday with his national security staff.
The US president has called for Iran’s “unconditional surrender” and stated that he knows where the country’s leader is but will not kill him “for the time being.”
Meanwhile, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has stated that he will never negotiate with Israel and will show “no mercy.”
Israel says it attacked a centrifuge site and military facilities in Tehran as part of its nighttime onslaught.
Iran launched its own strikes on Israel, with sirens wailing twice overnight.
However, the scale of Tehran’s attacks has reduced.
