A new poll conducted by Global Info Analytics has placed DMB in a commanding lead ahead of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) 2026 presidential primaries, with 57% of predicted support among party delegates.
The survey, visualised in a pie chart released this week, ranks five contenders vying for the NPP flagbearer slot. KOA follows with 28%, while DBA garners 13%. KAA and DYA trail with 2% and 0% respectively.
The poll carries a margin of error of ±3.0%, and reflects current delegate preferences as the party prepares for its internal elections.
Political analysts say the results signal a strong early advantage for DMB, though the race remains open as campaigns intensify.
The NPP is expected to officially announce its primary schedule in the coming months, with party unity and electoral strategy likely to dominate discussions.
