Black Sherif Extends Support to Mothers at 37 Military Hospital

Ghanaian music sensation Mohammed Ismail Sharrif, popularly known as Black Sherif, has once again demonstrated his commitment to social responsibility by supporting unprivileged mothers at the Nkrumah and Yebuah Wards of the 37 Military Hospital.

Through the Mohammed Ismail Sharrif Foundation, the award-winning artiste donated large quantities of assorted items and fully settled medical bills amounting to GH₵50,696.00. The gesture reflects the Foundation’s guiding vision, which aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3.1 — reducing maternal mortality and ensuring access to safe, quality maternal healthcare.

The donation not only eased the financial burden of mothers receiving care but also underscored the importance of compassion and collective responsibility in addressing healthcare challenges.

Black Sherif’s intervention serves as a powerful reminder of how individual acts of generosity can make a lasting impact on communities, particularly in safeguarding the health and dignity of women.
